EAGLE -PHASE ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY
EAGLE basically works on the principle of ‘On line monitoring and controlling of power’. It uses embedded software for monitoring and controlling of various power parameters. In this technology, the online power factor, which is a cosine angle between voltage and current phases, is very accurately monitored and controlled; it improves the power factor towards unity even up to 0.999 based on various electrical factors
EAGLE has customized solutions for any type of Motor/Pump/Chiller Compressor. In this technology, we use above method plus PWM technology to control application via frequency and speed. This is unique technology in which we control voltage, speed and improvement in PF for each phase separately.
EAGLE is the only voltage optimising technology/system in the world to be granted PATENT on its designed testament to its uniquely designed triple wound transformer that affords clients additional energy saving and efficiency potential coupled with unrivalled suppression of harmonics with integration of IGBT/Thyristorised pulse modulation technology to get maximum and precise PF improvement, voltage regulation and Harmonic suppression.
EAGLE – DYNAMIC HARMONIC MITIGATION TECHNOLOGY
EAGLE uses high end DSP (digital signal processor) to monitor and control the Harmonic dynamically, which works on pulse width modulation technology. This dynamic Harmonic filter section is fully customized but optional in basic EAGLE equipment. The Filter section (for typical applications) is also designed and switched as per the noise level and nature of load.
EAGLE – TRIPLE WOUND TECHNOLOGY
EAGLE uses PATENTED triple wound transformer voltage optimising, which returns the excess voltage in terms of real negative power (virtually this power can be considered as power “generated” from the load side) which is subtracted from grid input power. In our technology, 70-80% power saving came from negative power feedback and 20-30% come from the improvement in efficiency of the equipment. This also improves the power factor and harmonics as well.
In simple terms, any excess voltage above the EAGLE -Advance Power Saver set point, is chopped and returned back to the grid, generating induced negative power to the supply which flows towards the supply and is subtracted from the incoming power.

EAGLE is Transformer-IGBT/Thyristor based system, used to optimised the characteristics of the current supplied at the source (first current) according to the current characteristics required at the load (second current)
☛ The supply current flows from the first winding into the second winding, wherein the magnetic flux causes the induction of reverse current, which is the fraction of supply current, typically 10%
☛ This reverse current flows in the opposite direction to the supply current, wherein it is directed back to the electricity supply.
☛ Because this reverse current is real energy, which is distinct from apparent or reactive energy, there is a direct effect on the consumption of load. This effect of is a reduction of consumed by the load, seen by actual kWh savings.EAGLE-GSM/GPRS BASED REMOTE MONITORING & CONTROLLING TECHNOLOGY
EAGLE uses a GPRS enabled SIM card to communicate with the server/cloud. EAGLE uses SIM card of any GPRS/GPS/Tele communication service provider. This card is Auto toggle and selects the available network or service provider. You need not change the APN number of the SIM every time if you change a service provider. In India you can use Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance, Idea SIM cards with our GPRS enabled wireless data loggers.
EAGLE having advance features of wireless or remote Data Monitoring, Logging & Controlling facility used in Industrial & Process automation. EAGLE can also be used for real time online data acquisition, monitoring & control of remotely installed electrical systems, HT/LT Transformer/Generators/Distribution Panels/Motors etc. or any Electrical Machine & system. Powerwin™ uses micro-controller which is fully pre-programmed and you only need to connect it with a machine or panel to be monitored & controlled from a remote location.
